Trip Fee: C and R Property Services issues a trip fee. Pretty much this is a minimum fee of $60 issued for each job performed, also known as a trip fee. Keeping it straight forward, it'll cost $60 to have us come out, a dollar a minute. But, you've got us for an hour at a time and we can get a lot done with that!
It is to be noted that if an appointment is scheduled and there is a cancellation as we are knocking on your door, then a missed trip fee of $50 could be applied.
On the flip side of that, it is our policy that if we cancel and reschedule, your service will be half off! So please don't spike our tires.
A supply fee is also charged in addition to each job. We're not going to nickle and dime you for every screw or nail we buy. That's on us. But if we have to go out and get a product that you or your lovely home is in need of, then said supply fee will be applied.
Supply fees:
$0-15=50% / $15-35=%40 / 35-60=30% / 60-100=20% / 100+=15%
