Each of our employees are licensed, insured and bonded. We are continuously training and learning new techniques and products to further accommodate your property's needs.
We strive to take care of your property! This not only includes the appearance but the security too. No one is allowed access to the property without authorization and approval.
All calls and services are documented. Our staff are trained to call either emergency services or the property manager if something is wrong or appears to be out of order. For example, if an alarm goes off, our staff know not to leave the location and wait for the authorities or key holder.
Safety is our number one concern, our staff documents when and where they go while they are on shift. This not only ensures their safety, but it also helps for accountability.
